Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions cost £60 and last 50 minutes
If you're reading this, you're likely feeling unsettled about something in your life, you feel a need to discover the reason for certain behaviour, or you want to overcome addictive or repetitive patterns. My approach is integrative which is a combination of psychodynamic and person-centred fields; exploring past patterns to better navigate the here and now.
CRC covers issues including:
-
Anxiety (health, social or general)
-
Depression including SAD, grief and loss.
-
Eating disorders including dysmorphia
-
Self-harm (causing physical pain, suicidal ideation)
-
Addiction (drugs, gambling, porn, alcohol, smoking)
-
Family or work stress including dysfunctional relationships
-
Grief and loss through criminal offences or sudden death
-
Childhood trauma or victim of abuse including domestic violence.
If you're feeling lost or alone, therapy can be like a map that helps you find your way. It's hard to talk to loved ones sometimes - and often they can be part of the problem. My job is to learn about you, help you to see life from a different angle and enable you to feel more equipped to tackle life's problems.

Many relationships hit difficulties due to communication breakdown. If you and your partner have arrived at a crossroads or stage in your relationship where daily life has become a challenge or shared plans for the future have become unstuck, it might be time to work through these problems with a therapist.
CRC covers issues including:
-
Infidelity, betrayal or loss of trust
-
Porn addiction and sex-related problems
-
Finances and debt
-
Parenting, discipline, burn out, PND
-
Lack of emotional support
-
Conception problems or baby loss
-
Wider family dysfunction
-
Persistent conflict, anger and tension
-

-
Illness or life changes that alter direction or pace.
Couples counselling cannot 'quick-fix' a relationship, but it can help to re-establish a shared perspective, facilitate communication, improve intimacy and aid conflict resolution - all of which can lead to a better understanding of each other over the longer term.
