Individual therapy sessions cost £60 and last 50 minutes.
If you're reading this, you're likely feeling unsettled about something in your life, you feel a need to discover the reason for certain behaviour, or you want to overcome addictive or repetitive patterns.
If you're feeling lost or alone, therapy can be like a map that helps you find your way. It's hard to talk to loved ones sometimes - and often they can be part of the problem. My job is to learn about you, help you to see life from a different angle and enable you to feel more equipped to achieve your goals.
Couples counselling sessions cost £80 and last 60 minutes.
Many relationships hit difficulties due to communication breakdown. If you and your partner have arrived at a stage in your relationship where daily life has become a challenge, or shared plans for the future have become unstuck, it might be time to work through these problems with a therapist. Couples counselling can help to re-establish a shared perspective.
Having a therapist faciliates communication, which can aid conflict resolution, and this can lead to a better understanding of each other over the longer term. Counselling cannot 'quick-fix' a relationship, as short-term 'settling' doesn't equate to success and unlikely to be the best outcome for you as an individual or as a couple.
