About Me

I am passionate about mental health and psychology, and why we think, feel and behave the way we do. I completed a degree in Therapeutic Counselling from Gloucestershire University in 2018, with awards in Counselling Skills and Studies from the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) in 2016.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold a Diploma in Criminal Psychology to support to victims of serious and violent crime. I am also qualified to work with Couples and in addition to private practice, I volunteer at Cruse Bereavement Care, having also worked at Gloucestershire Constabulary and Gloucestershire NHS Eating Disorders Unit.
