I am passionate about mental health, and why we think, feel and behave the way we do. I have a degree in Therapeutic Counselling with awards in Counselling Skills and Studies from the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB). I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold a Diploma in Criminal Psychology.

I am qualified to work with individuals and Couples and in addition to private practice, I volunteer at Cruse Bereavement Care. I have also worked at Gloucestershire Constabulary, Gloucestershire NHS Eating Disorders Unit and ran an employee well-being scheme.
